Blaise Pascal: some meaningful thoughts (expounded).

1. “To make light of philosophy is to be a true philosopher.”

- Philosophy isn't , shouldn't be a heavy matter, because in philosophy, in difference with science but similiar at religion, there aren't  certainties but just theories ( that maybe then will become scientific). So it would be done with some smile and lightness but without superficiality too.

2. 'The heart has its reasons which reason knows not.'

In sharp contrast with rationalists, Pascal said that a lot of umanity activities aren't so rational and it's good that it's in this way, this isn't a praise of folly, but mean that some important choose and knowledge is more comprehendible with some intuition of heart and not just with reason, for example Pascal, believe the Christian religion until a some level is seeable by reason but not over that point.

3.'All of humanity's problems stem from man's inability to sit quietly in a room".

I Think that this phrase have two meanings: 1. At the people isn't enough eat, sleep and stay quietly in a room, but there is a need of search, knowledge and purport. 2. The problem of human is that we aren't able to stay in peace with ourselves.
